ABOUT US
The Downtown Doral Arts District is located north of Downtown Doral. The district’s boundaries comprise of NW 87 Avenue to NW 79 Avenue and NW 58 Street to NW 54 Street. This district provides an eclectic mixed use industrial/retail arts area of the city. This area will allow a greater mix of uses than is currently permissible in either the Industrial or Commercial zoning districts. This district serves as a place where artists of all kinds can create their crafts, repair crafts, sell crafts, and store crafts. This will enable an all in one location that will be unique in all of South Florida. This ability will continue to diversify Doral’s small business environment and create a unique opportunity in the region.
