Each day, everyday freedoms like walking, hugging, playing and even breathing are taken away from kids and adults in our community with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related muscle-debilitating diseases.

A reflection on the accomplishments and future opportunities for the City of Doral.

Retail businesses are no longer limited to twice annual outdoor sales events thanks to the Doral City Council’s approval of an ordinance update regarding outdoor event regulations for retail businesses.

The Government Finance Officers Association awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to Doral for its comprehensive annual financial report for fiscal year 2015.

The Doral City Council, under an azure sky, broke ground on Doral Glades, the City’s first environmental park.  The 25 acre facility, centered on a lake and wetland, features tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts in addition to a 9,500 square foot community/nature center located on the 9900 block of NW 98th Place.

Building Department will be open October 15th and November 5th from 8-12. To serve you better, Doral residents can come on Saturdays for to building plans and permits for their residential projects.

This year’s event will feature show-stopping musical performances and culinary treats representing Hispanic Culture.
