GMCVB Salutes Front-line & First Responders

Frontline and First Responders are leading the charge and taking on the brunt of the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure our health and safety. In response, The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) has launched the   GMCVB.com/MiamiSalutes program which calls on hotels, restaurants and retailers to extend special offers to hospital workers, medical professionals, firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement officers and National Guard who are putting others before themselves during this critical time. From free pizza, donuts and coffee, to deep discounts on meals and wireless services, Miami Salutes provides a compiled, updated list of special promotions. Please send any special offers, discounts and deals you are providing to our front-line heroes to  Partner@GMCVB.com.
 
Other programs of interest that the GMCVB is doing to support your constituents and to keep South Florida top of mind for future visitors when we return to some form of normalcy include:

•  Virtual Miami - A web portal dedicated to showcasing local virtual events, webcams, videos, and downloadable backgrounds for remote (e.g. Zoom meetings).
•  GMCVB.com/Lodging - An up to date list of hotels that are open for essential lodgers.
•  GMCVB.com/MiamiEats - Our program to help restaurants and their employees by showcasing those that are offering take-out and delivery  
•  GMCVB.com/Help – List of all the relief programs and recovery efforts including a partnership with United Way Operation Helping Hands.
