Miami-Dade County is launching a new community-wide effort to help those in need pay their water bills. The goal of WASD Cares is to collect $1 million to support those families who need it most. As funds become available, the Community Action and Human Services Department (CAHSD) will manage the program and open applications for the disbursement of funds. An announcement will be made at that time to inform the public about eligibility and how to apply.
