Beginning May 1st, the City of Doral began its partnership with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) Foundation's Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) to help individuals 55 and older find employment in the City.
On May 1st, the City of Doral began its partnership with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) Foundation's Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) to help individuals 55 and older find employment in the City. This partnership will provide the City with temporary additional manpower to strengthen the programs and services we provide to the community. Additionally, it will give seniors the opportunity to gain meaningful work experience and be compensated through AARP. Participants will be matched based on their skills, experience, knowledge and abilities. Other municipalities that have served as a Host Agency include: Cutler Bay, Hollywood, Miramar and Sweetwater.
