Doral’s new City Manager, Mrs. Barbie Hernandez has been sworn in among City leadership, staff, colleagues, friends and family! As a professional and leader in public service for two decades, her journey has taken her to cities like Hialeah, Miami and Miami Beach. Most of Mrs. Hernandez’s significant and formative years were spent in the City of Doral where she was key in completing capital park projects, implementing programming for all ages and capabilities, and building strong relationships with our residents. We proudly welcome Mrs. Hernandez back to the City of Doral for this new and exciting chapter!
