Vendor Industry Day for Doral Central Park Amphitheater

The City of Doral has been diligently working on the development of the Doral Central Park (DCP) Amphitheater, which is planned to be completed and activated in 2024. To ensure the success of the amphitheater, the City is seeking input from industry professionals that can provide specialized expertise on best practices to optimize operations, generate revenue, maintain quality standards, and enhance community experiences at the DCP Amphitheater.

Accordingly, the City wishes to invite experienced industry professionals to have “Industry Days” with City staff which will consist of individual meetings with such professionals virtually or in-person at the Doral Government Center from December 11, 2023- December 13, 2023.

All interested parties wishing to attend these Industry Days must RSVP no later than Monday, November 20, 2023.  Please RSVP by sending a confirmation email to procurement@cityofdoral.com with the following subject line: RSVP - DCP Amphitheater Industry Days.  Please fill out the attached form as completely as possible and include the form in your confirmation email.

Shortly after, individuals who respond to the RSVP will receive an email containing their scheduled date and time for an Industry Days meeting with City staff. During each meeting, attendees will be allocated time to showcase, exhibit, and share information about their ideas. The City will provide registered attendees with an agenda with areas of discussion and reference materials to help guide participants in providing their input.
