The board is comprised of 21 mayors from across the state of Florida and assists mayors in serving their residents with unity and purpose. “As the Mayor of a diverse and growing community, I am proud to be joining a board that allows mayors the opportunity collaborate in exploring areas of joint concern and best practices, that will result in solutions for our respective cities,” said Mayor Boria. The Florida League of Mayors is the sister organization to the Florida League of Cities. It has been the official nonpartisan organization representing Florida mayors since 2005 and provides a platform for Florida mayors to advocate before Florida Legislature and speak on issues of prominence for their residents.
