County residents that have fallen behind on rent or utilities due to COVID-19 can apply for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP 2.3) to help pay rent and possibly utility costs.
County residents that have fallen behind on rent or utilities due to COVID-19 can apply for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP 2.3) to help pay rent and possibly utility costs. The Emergency Rental Assistance Program 2.3 provides rental payment assistance for up to 12 months in arrears, if you meet certain income qualifications and are experiencing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The amount of rental assistance you receive will depend on the amount of unpaid rent.
Residents are encouraged to apply online. You can also pick up and drop off the completed application from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at either of the two following locations. Please note these locations will be closed on federal holidays.
