Christopher Barreto was found at a Citgo Gas station located at 13899 W Okeechobee (Hialeah Gardens Jurisdiction). The Hialeah Gardens Police Department found the student in good health and brought him to their police station.

City of Doral Police Department Detective Mathew Bradjic was assigned the case and responded to the Hialeah Gardens Police Station to recover the endangered student and have him reunited with his family.
The City of Doral Police Department would like to thank the Miami Dade Police Department (Aviation and K9), Sweetwater Police Department, Medley Police Department, Hialeah Gardens Police Department and the community for their help in re-uniting Christopher Barreto with his family in a safe manner.
